EDUCATION

1980- 1986  Studies of sociology at the” Universite de Grenoble" and "Paris VIII", and photography.

 

WORKING EXPERIENCE

1992-2007 collaboration as freelancer photographer with several news papers and magazines.

2007 till now collaboration with Sunday’s newpaper Real News.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE

Active member of the Union of Press Photographers of Greece.

 Cooperating with the photographic agency I.M.L.

 Cooperated with the N.G.Os as Doctors without frontiers and Doctors of the world.

 

Furthermore, I displayed my work in two exclusive exhibitions with the subjects

-Doctors Without Frontiers

-"En plo" (is about the life of the sailor men). In addition, I displayed my work in other two group exhibitions with subjects "Refugee" and "Glimpses at the world".

 

Moreover, I published two books with the subjects:
-"Doctors Without Frontiers"

-"The decendants of Alexander the Great:KALASH"

 

In addition, I travelled all over the world for journalistic purposes (Georgia, Armenia, Azermbaitzan, Lebanon, Somalia, Ethiopia, Balkan, Southeast of Turkey (Kourdistan), Pakistan, Cuba, Cabo Verde, Brazil, Jordan, Thailand (Golden Triangle), Grecia Salentina (Italy),Spain , Portugal).

Most of the above photography themes have been already published at  International Newspapers and Magazines such as Washington Post, Stern, Panorama and others.
